I bring together my training as a yoga and meditation teacher, an ordained clergy person, a writer and editor, and leadership coach to help you and your organization reduce anxiety so that your creativity can be unleashed to do the greatest good in the world. I create mindful leaders who communicate effectively and create administrative structures that encourage creative growth, adaptability and resilience.

What Others are saying

"We used Rev. Havelka to bring together a brand new group of youth ministers from across the country. She was able to engage with the participants and get them to step across natural barriers to journey into a new process and explore ways of doing/being the church. She came prepared with a set agenda and activities but was also able to adapt on the spot based on the energy of the group. The end result was informative for me as the host, but the participants left encouraged to continue their work individually and collectively."

For Businesses

I am committed to working with all people and communities regardless of race, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation and socio-economic status.

When we approach anxious situations such as organizational or market change, fear can arise and our body’s natural stress/threat response — fight, flight or freeze — kicks in. The good news: Your team does NOT have to respond with destructive conflict, painful isolation or numbing inaction in the face of that stress. You CAN be healthy, creative and collaborative organizations that approach market or cultural changes with curiosity, excitement and creativity. I can facilitate vision and mission, team-building, or product/program development processes while easing some of the inevitable anxiety by teaching your team to use mindfulness practices such as yoga movement, breath and meditation that help you bring out your best.

I can:

  • Facilitate vision and mission, team-building product/program development meetings or retreats
  • Develop strategic plans and communications strategies for new initiatives
  • Teach mindfulness workshops and retreats
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to integrate mindfulness practices into everyday work life

For Religious Organizations

When we approach anxious situations such as cultural or congregational change, fear can arise and our body’s natural stress/threat response — fight, flight or freeze — kicks in. The good news: Your congregation or faith-based organization does NOT have to respond with destructive conflict, painful isolation or numbing inaction in the face of that stress. You CAN be a healthy, creative and collaborative congregation/organization that approaches market or cultural changes with curiosity, excitement and creativity. I can facilitate vision and mission, team-building, or program/ministry development processes while easing some of the inevitable anxiety by teaching your team to use mindfulness and faith formation practices such as contemplative prayer practices, yoga movement, breath and meditation and that help you bring out your best.

I can:

  • Facilitate faith-based vision and mission or team-building meetings or retreats
  • Develop strategic plans and communications strategies for new initiatives
  • Teach faith formation and mindfulness workshops and retreats

For Individuals

I am committed to working with all people and communities regardless of race, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation and socio-economic status.

When we approach anxious situations such as significant life or work changes, fear can arise and our body’s natural stress/threat response — fight, flight or freeze — kicks in. The good news: You do NOT have to respond with destructive conflict, painful isolation or numbing inaction in the face of that stress. You CAN approach those changes with curiosity, excitement and creativity. I can help you ease anxiety by developing self-care practices that can include mindfulness practices such as yoga movement, breath and meditation and/or contemplative practices from the religious tradition with which you affiliate.

If you are a leader within an organization that is undergoing change or any individual who wants to deepen their mindfulness practices to better live their personal sense of purpose and mission, I can coach you with:

  • Individual breath and meditation instruction
  • Reiki (energy healing) sessions
  • Six- or 12-month coaching packages that help you develop and implement a self-care plan that works with your lifestyle and helps you become your best self.
