Anxiety is the enemy of creativity. I’ve seen it squash new projects and disenfranchise energetic team members. I’m sure you have, too. Ritual, community building, meditation and breath practices powerfully quell anxiety so that you can bring your best self and best team forward to live your purpose.
I have used these practices to ease people through creative design processes that resulted in things ranging from a new kind of high school summer camp to resources for youth workers to new board and committee structures. I have used meditation and community-building practices to transform conflictual board meetings into opportunities for making long-avoided, difficult decisions that build up, rather than tear down relationships and organizations.
I’ve experienced the power of mindful leadership to help individuals, teams and organizations better live their purpose and mission in their community and world.
